MTN *****! Identity Theft!

Just found out my identity was used telephonically by a ********* to get a mobile and data contract with MTN. The ********* did this on the 8th of September 2018. My account was debited with R758 on the 30th of September. The ********* took a mobile device with the following number ********** 399 and a data contract with the following number ********** 560. Under ********** 399 true caller says his name is Doctor Motau! I called him and asked his name he said Thulani! He dropped the phone after i asked more information.

How do you get a contact with a device from MTN telephonically!?
