MTN *****

Last month i took out a data deal contract with mtn in Northgate. The lady who assisted me first did not activate my package and I had to come back again. A month later when I was billed, I was billed for my original data deal, but was provided with 10 gig, half of what I entered in to an agreement for. I went back to MTN and they failed to assist me. They gave me a request reference and still nothing changed. Yesterday I went back they promised to assist me and I will have my data at 19H00 yesterday. Even now I still don't have it. MTN offers a very bad service and now I want out of the agreement.
