MTN ***** Division non existent

MTN service is shocking. I have been trying to reach the ***** department since Sunday & I'm still left in limbo. Your Contact Centre gives you conflicting stories & advice & no-one seems to take anything seriously!! I got an automated response from the ***** email, saying that I will be contacted in 3 business days - it's way over 3 business days. Is there anyine competent left at MTN who can help?
