MTN ***** Dept. overloaded?

A month ago I called MTN to move my 3 year old contract to a prepaid number. MTN informed me that I had alledgedly signed a contract renewal with them in December 2015. This is a total fabrication. They asked me to sign an affadavit and submit to their ***** department. I did.

I also included my flight confirmation down to Cape Town proving I had flown to Cape Town when I supposedly renewed their contract with their courier. In fact on the day in question I was on Table Mountain...

It has been a month. I have had no response from MTN - every time I mail them they send me the same pasted response. Obviously MTN is not interested in resolving this matter - either that or there is so much ***** happening in MTN that they cannot get to my case.

The above response is meaningless as it has now been 33 days since my query with MTN was logged. Whenever I query MTN (directly, via Hello Peter or facebook) they paste their promise to respond in - BUT DO NOT RESPOND AND ADDRESS THE PROBLEM!!!

IfI could convert these empty promises to airtime I could talk for free for months......
