MTN ***** Dept can't be found

I want to know does anyone know how to reach the ***** department at MTN. It appears to be non existent.

I have been trying to reach them for the past 3 months. the store personnel seem to not know how to reach the relevant office. They refer customers to numbers that do not go through.

I'm a victim of identity theft and MTN needs to respond urgently.
