MTN ***** department investigating for over a year and no result.

Hi I reported ***** case (MTN [#***]) for an MTN account in June 2020 to the MTN ***** department. I have sent all my information to MTN however I keep on getting debit orders taken off my account and now even have a credit record pending on my name. Everytime I follow - I keep on getting the same response from Bongeka Zwane at MTN ***** department that its still under investigation. Also MTN owes me R4000 in debit orders which was taken off my account. I expect a response and my name & account cleared. I also expect my refund immediately as this is ridiculous that an investigation is taking one year to complete.
