MTN ***** DELAY !!!

I was told about an account I was unaware of by Hammond and Pole Attorneys, I do not have that number nor have I ever received an MTN call on that number, but I was told that the contract was opened in 2017 and I was not aware of, I was told that I have not make payment arrangements as my account has been handed over.

I can't open any account nor buy a car because it shows bad record and that i am handed to legal .

I wrote a complaint out to MTN and their Attorneys, even faxed copy of ID and affidavit stating i never had a contract with the company and i would like my name to be removed and contract cancelled . 23rd of May I logged a Request at MTN store in Randburg , seven days later i did a follow up to mys surprise the case did not exist!!! I logged a new case i was advised to wait for 2 weeks as my query is complex . i gave a month today 3rd of June my name is still on ITC. CAN MTN PLEASE REMOVE MY NAME SO I CAN GO ON WITH MY LIFE.
