I'm sure MTN South Africa is used to receiving regular complaints about their customer service and it is evident by their lack of response that they really don't care. One wonders why we keep supporting these types of corporates. Dear MTN I would like you to return the money I work very hard for that your rich company has **********ly taken from my bank account and refuses to refund for weeks now and by the way I'm seeing it will probably not be done because your Mondo call center keeps ducking and diving.
