MTN *****

I have am in the tourism industry and I have an automatic gate that is opened by phoning it - so it has 2 sim cards installed. A vodacom sim and an MTN sim. I needed to put money on the sims and nothing was happening on the MTN sim so I called it - someone answered! How the hell? No notification at all - and that person now has R60 of airtime that belongs to me! I believe there is a **** going amongst the MTN employees. Give me back my sim number and give me back mu money!
