MTN ***** Customer Services Useless

Since the end of 2013 someone has opened an account in my name, up till now, i have been paying each month since then for a ***** account!!! I got an affidavid, signed at police station, got the ***** number and details, called 135 x***0, was tols on multiple occasions to send them an email. Email send to the first person from MTN bounced back, not valid, the rest was either no answer or I kept on getting an email stating I have to call 135!!!!! What the hell?!!!! Useless system!!! Its going in circles! Nobody willing to help!
