MTN ***** contract

A cotract at mtn was opened in my name last year in August. I did contact mtn and adk them for the contact information. All my details was used in the contract but it said that I am still married. and the address is in durban i stay in jhb and the signature is not mine. I'm battling that mtn is helping me to sort this out but to no avail please help
