MTN ***** case Not receiving any HELP

Good day. I have been struggling with a ***** case since the 2nd of December 2020. Where a Sim swip has been done on my name and not even by myself and in a Province not even where I am staying. After about 30 mails. 100 calls. 100 reference number. I still do not have answers or did anybody even tried to assist me. I will not pay the amount as this needs to be sorted. I have all the proof. All the Call Logs. All the Reference numbers and all the mails. My phone is suspended and I am paying for a service I do not receive. Where are the Big Shots. Where are the people to help.
