MTN ***** case

MTN started debiting me in November and I dont have an account with them, i called them to find out why they debiting me and how they got my bank details, after holding for hours and being sent from department to department i was told me an account was **********ly opened with my details. The agent advised me to get a affidavit from the police station and send it so they cant stop the debit order, which I did. But they kept debiting me i emailed their customer care *** and their ***** department *** and they never got back to me. Instead they let a ******** to continue using their services and keep debiting me.
