MTN ***** case
I got a call from Attorneys advising me that i was in arrears with an MTN account which i don't have . I've made numerous calls to the mtn ***** department and the mtn call centre - just to be put through to the ***** dept, the numbers do not go through - NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AT THE ***** DEPT. Can mtn URGENTLY CONTACT ME ? I need to get this matter as i had checked my ITC report and it shows that I owe mtn R45 000 I'm really irate by MTN's bad service or in fact NO SERVICE.

Kindly email us the copy certified copy your id and affidavit specifying that you did not open up a contract with MTN to *** will then log a request with ***** department for further investigations.
