MTN *****

A ********** phone contract has been opened on my boyfriends name and account. It has been 3 months and the issue is still not resolved.

We stopped the debit order and got an affit david, handed it in at an MTN store and were told it takes a few months.

Now the contract shows in arrears and my boyfriends crrdit score is being negatively affected. This is absolutely disgusting. How do they even allow someone without t proof of identity etc.

And MTN has only shown the utmost disrespective behaviour!
