Mtn *****

Good day Recently I've been getting new contracts activation under my name without my authorization, first on the 22 July 2022 there was a sim only contract activated under my account without my consent. I went to an Mtn branch for an enquiry,it was found that a company called Broad band solutions was responsible for that and their sales agent was Dinita Kis****. According to Shaun Atchia their Manager, that sales person is no longer working for them. I went to the SAPS to open a ***** case against MTN and Broad band solutions. 3 weeks later I went back to the mtn branch for a follow up on my enquiry then I'm met with another problem, this time there are 3 handsets taken under my account as well unauthorized by me. They took 3 Samsung-Galaxy-S22 ultra 256GB. All these is done by the same company Broad band solutions by the same sales person Dinita Kis****. I've since open another case with SAPS and I decided to lay a complaint with ICASA as well. Now I'm going through the POPI act to check if MTN violated my right to protection of personal info against 3rd party companies affiliated with mtn and what are my rights when it comes to this
