MTN ***** BILLINGS

I am once again am experiencing problems with MTN ***** Billings. My contract comes to an end on the 20th December and MTN is just billing me for different packages, Data Bundles. I set my credit limit on R1.00 and cannot fathom the billings on my account. I have phoned Customer Care and emailed with no feedback but every month the account keeps adding up. I have included my Telkom invoice for your perusal where I pay R99.00 for 5gigs of Data per month. So why would I use their services?? Cannot wait for the contract to come to an end on the 20th December.

Please urgently assist as attached is the November invoice & statement. The only amount I should be paying is R499.00 + Vat per month

Reviewer Update

Good day Team, Please note my CREDIT LIMIT I have set is R1.00 and my phone is a TOP UP and I did not change this due to MTN billing me unnecessarly / ***** billings. Mtn has also forward me a listing of the networks and when I checked this out with WASPA the report showed no results of me being on any sites, of which i have forwarded to the customer care and to Andre Bowden. All i get is ticket numbers and no results. Please get MTN to check my phone as once the Airtime is finished as per contract then I purchase Airtime. SO if i am buying airtime from outside then please explain how can I use the AIRTIME from MTN????? All 18 sites that was given to me by WASPA i did not sign into as the lady at customer care deleted all this when i mentioned it in June/July.. SO thus i humbly ask for my account to be credited. i can forward the email from WASPA and as for Special Data Packages - i have a Telkom account which i can also forward proof for R99.00 per month for 5gigs of Data. So someone please tell me why would anyone in the right frame of mind buy special data packages for R447.00from MTN. Please note i need this account resolved immediately and to be credited. should I take off to go to MTN Head office again then MTN will need to remiburse for my day away from work.
