MTN ***** Annoying. Who approves ********** contracts at this company?

Someone went and bought something at MTN using my profile in September 2020. I have never app**** for anything in this company. This person used my passport number which I do not even use. It is going to expire in December. The account that was loaded for the debit order is an account which was terminated last year in September 2019 with FNB. I am displeased as to how this all happened and I never received a call from MTN. How was this transaction authorised? and now my profile has to be *****ed? I took an Affidavit to MTN more than a week ago. No one has communicated to me so far. Clearly somebody that works at MTN authorised this ********** transaction and now my credit profile is being affected. This has to be removed from my profile ASAP. I'm beyond annoyed at this kind of service.
