MTN ***** ALERT
<p>I was at MTN earlier january trying to open a new contract, and I was told that I couldn't since my name has been taken to the legal department.</p> <p>When I asked further about the matter I was told about an account I was unaware of the number is ********** I do not have that number nor have I ever received an MTN phone on that number, but I was told that the contract was opened in 2012 and I was not aware of, what kind of contract lasts for 4 full years? because I was told that I had stopped paying for it last year September? My money has been leaving my account without my knowledge.</p> <p>The only contract account I ever opened with you guys was in 2014 and that account has been paid up and cancelled.<br /> I can't open any clothing account nor buy a car because recently I wanted to buy a car or even get a mere new phone. </p> <p>I wrote a complaint out to them on their page but haven't heard anything yet. I DM'D them on twitter but I still haven't got any response. My name has been handed over to the legal department and now literally everything in my life is stuck because of this.!!</p> <p>I called the legal department but with no specific response from anyone! THIS IS FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!</p>

Kindly note that we require a sworn affidavit, certified copy ID and a case number in order for our ***** department to investigate the matter. Should you wish to see a copy of the ********** contract, please supply a section 205 subpoena as per policy and audit processes.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.

I had reported a case to you guys yesterday and said I should write a sworn affidavit, supply my certified ID copy to the ***** department? Where is the ***** department? What is their email or postal address ? Can I send all these to then via email or post? And how long with the process take till my name is cleared off the legal department ? And wat is my case number? Please supply all the relevant information if u guys are going to tell me what to do. .
