MTN ***** Adverti*****ts

MTN advertised a device, LG WING. On the MTN online catalogue the device price is R 699pm x 24 months with a cash price of R12 619. The in store booklet also advertise the device for R699pm x 24 months and the cash price is R12 619. I have been a great customer for almost 2 years at MTN. I call the MTN direct number to add this device on my contract. MTN tell me: no this is the wrong price i can not get this device for that price, after 45min on the phone with MTN tranferring me to this worker or telling me to call that number nothing is happening.

I mean how can a company like MTN advertise a device and then tell you as a loyal customer that you can not get the device for the price they are advertising. That is just straight up *****. That is against the comsumer rights.

MTN if you advertise a device with a price the comsumer must get that device for the advertised price. You are breaking the comsumer rights law. This is a disgrace!!!
