MTN - ***** account opend under my name

I am very disappointed with MTN someone opened an account using my name. When I asked MTN about the documents they used. They only have ID only that do not belong to me. Nothing more. And I asked how come this person did not give them the proof of address, payslips and they told me only the inside person can override that. I sent them an email 2 weeks back they did not respond. Clearly, they don't care about us and the credit records that we work hard for.
