MTN ***** account & ITC listings

A ***** account was opened in November 2017 using my details. In May of 2018, I get calls from Hammond and Pole attorneys saying I owe MTN. I submitted all required documents and it was established that the account was opened **********ly. MTN listed me at ITC as a bad payer and after the matter was resolved they did not bother to remove the listing as they are required to do. I have been put from pillar to post trying to get a letter from MTN clearing me of this matter and nothing is coming from them. They don't respond and after numerous calls to the 135 number, sending emails to ********** I was told that they escalating the matter to the ***** department and I will be included in the emails which has never happened. To date I don't have the letter that I need.
