Mtn ***** account

Mtn account was opened on my name without my consent. There was an ongoing mtn debit that kept going on which I asked my bank to dispute as I do not have any account with them. There after while I was car shopping, when I was doing an ICT check I found out that there were a few account open in my name including mtn

So I visited the mtn store in pavilion on the 7th March 2022 to inform them and a ***** claim was opened. A week later when I’m doing follow up there are no response.

I don’t even know if my matter is even being attended to. This is fustrating
