Mtn *****

In October 2020 ther has been 3 contracts taken out on my name with MTN... I was unemployed for sometime and did not have credit to my name let alone money going into my accoun... In December i gained employment and at the end of January received my first salary that went into my bank account an amount of R2800 was deducted. I immediately went to my bank and found out that mtn had deducted.. I went into a mtn branch only to be told i have 3 contracts... Immediately i knew this was ***** as i have not taken any contracts let alone have a credit history.. The sales people where kind enough to give me some details of which did not match my current profile a photo of my id was used... A **** payslip was created a **** bank statement was used a **** company name... We did go to the police station and open a ***** case we also opened a ***** case with MTN and received no help no explanation... We had been told the contracts where taken out at the MTN im Malvern Durban... We went to the branch to obtain the so called contracts and was refused on 5 occasions we also took the police with us and was still denied documentation. My Credit score is dropping due to this. I would like to know how does mtn accept pictures of a person id... I would like to see footage of me taking out the contract at that branch and how do you give someone with no credit history 3 contracts in the same month??? We want answers
