MTN *****

So about 15 minutes ago I got a Debi Mandate from MTN SP. This was a request sent to my bank for acceptance. This would mean should i accept this mandate, i will be liable to pay 500 rand monthly. Now a few thinks that stood out is the total is 500 monthly. I cannot think of any contract that has a fixed amount of 500. Also in my 15 years of having a phone i have never ever been affiliated with MTN not for data, airtime or any other packages they offer. My biggest concern is that this was sent directly to my back for me to accept. This would mean one of 2 things. Either i app**** for an MTN Contract recently or ***** is at play. Having said this the information on the mandate looks so real. Contract REF Number - ***. Now i urgently need MTN to fix this. It could be a security breach and if so it needs to be addressed. If this was none internally it would mean someone at MTN has ****** peoples details and doing this. Before I take this public or to my lawyer i need to understand why this happened. A few law suites stand out here. One in particular is the violation of the POPIA act. My personal information has been hacked and someone will need answer to this. I need a call immediately.
