MTN *****!!!

Hi MTN, I'm not sure what you guys call customer service but this is ridiculous. Its been over 4 months and I'm being billed incorrectly. I have multiple ticket numbers that are opened for the query and just closed but a few days later my service is suspended. You have credit for me on my account for 1 full month and I'm still getting service descriptions. I have been loyal for over 5 years! This is ridiculous!!! Can someone urgently contact me otherwise you loose not only my business but also the entire circle of people around me? I will also take this up legally. I'm suspecting ***** now!
