MTN *****

Good day this is the second month MTN deducting money from my bank account without my consent. I have never had a contact with MTN in my entire life. On 26/04/2021 they deducted as follow ACB DEBT:EXTERNAL MTN SP BA***00001 - R1 093.03 and now again on 25/05/2021 ACB DEBT:EXTERNAL MTN SP BA***00001 - R2 093.53 I did send a mail to *** last month already I have to take time of from work every time to go in to the bank to do reversal please can you help me
