MTN *****

In November 2021 someone managed to take out an MTN phone contract in my name using my banking details. I have been battling to get someone at MTN to sort this out for me. I have emailed two affidavits from the police and contacted them countless time only to be told they will revert to me shortly and they apologise for the inconvenience. I have had 9 apologies so far, sure I will get another one tomorrow. When you phone their helpline you can't get to talk to a person so now all communication is done on FB messenger, suppose at least I have a record of their incompetence. They have searched for my documents at least 3 times, each time I told that the ***** division is dealing with it but then the next time I follow up they tell me they need the documents. This is now beyond a joke
