mtn *****

I bought airtime this morning on the mtn app for R99.00. I received an email from mtn and paypal confirming the payment. My bank statement confirm the money was taken from my account. however, I never received my airtime. After phoning the mtn helpline twice, they confirm there is nothing they can do about it. This is the third time this happened to me. They are *****ing my money and not providing a service.
