MTN *****

Disappointed with MTN service when it comes to *****. Submitted a ***** claim on the 11th March 2021 and it is now month end on August 2021. No assistance what so ever. My credit record is ruined because of a contract I didn't apply for and no one has called me back until this day. I have emailed the ***** department, emailed complaints department, called for assistance every month since, some months I emailed every week but still nothing. I am a very unhappy customer and am frustrated and angry all by myself. Will not recommend MTN for anything long term. Opening the accounts is fast but once there's any issue there's not reply.
