I received call from Melcolm ***) on behalf of MTN on 2019/06/26 at 16:07.... Offered to drop monthly installment from R236.54 to R138.35 ... with the "same" benefits.
However, my benefits were changed from the original the 300MB Data, 100 Minutes and 200 SMS to 1GB data (500MB anytime data, 500MB nihgt time data)100 Minutes, 50SMSe, ,yet the amount payable stayed the same at R236.54 instead of dropping to R138,35 per month.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
Please note I have been trying to call you from the morning without any luck. The package that you are on now charges you R100, compared to the previous one where you were paying R236.56. The benefits for the current package offer better data than the previous one.. You are now getting a total of 1GIG data, 50 Anytime minutes, and 50 sms.
