Automatically subscribed to "Reycreo" WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Received SMS thanking me for "my subscription" to the Reycreo service at After NEVER being asked to subscribe to the service in the first place and the fee of R9.08 was deducted from my airtime balance. I followed the procedure to unsubscribe. AGAIN received SMS thanking me for my subsumption to Reycreo service and ANOTHER R9.08 was deducted from my airtime balance. This is flat out THEFT. I was not asked to NOR DID I GIVE MY PERMISSION for this subscription.
This is the second month in a row.

We have checked the number and cannot find the subscription . However you can unsubscribe on *155# select option 1 , if the is a subscription it will give details then you can choose an option to cancel.
Another option is to dial *141*5# choose option 4 for Content Services then select option 1 Manage Content Services the you can cancel if the is any active.
If you get a respond saying you do not have any active Subscriptions Services on your number then it means you are not Subscribed to anything.
