MTN ***** Department is a nightmare to deal with!!!!! I called the call centre and they gave me a tel number to contact the ***** team which is ********** 466 That number is however forever engaged or just doesn't go through, TOTAL WASTE OF ENERGY!!!!! A department dealing with cases whereby an account was opened without your knowledge should be able to pick up your call so they can assist you where possible as there's a reason why anyone would want to specifically speak to the ***** department especially in my case whereby an account was opened without my knowledge and now debt collecting sites keep calling me asking for payments on an account I don't even know about, what the hell!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
