MTN debited R768,48 from my account for a contact I don't have with them. I reported that this was a ********** account on the 26th of August 2018 and was told that the contact was taken with a third party company called quadrant 4. I reported this to them as well and asked for a recording and signed delivery not that I accepted the contract and device, which both companies failed to provide me with. MTN said I should wait a period of 21days for an investigation. to this day I have not received feedback from both MTN and Quadrant 4. both companies are giving me the run around and this contract is appearing on my credit profile prohibiting me to do other things. I have really had enough of this and want a resolution from them ASAP.

The journal will take a few days to reflect and te balance will be cleared.
We will give you feedback once the journal reflect.
