MTN - *****

Apparently there is a MTN contract my name - Been with Vodacom for the last 17 years. NEVER had a MTN contract!! Reported the ***** case - and now i wait. Contact the MTN call centre, you must enter a valid MTN cellphone number - i don't ***** have one!!!!!!!! Sending mails - NO FEEDBACK.. Go to the MTN shop, "oh sorry mam, we cant assist you.. W T F ?? Surely someone somewhere must be able to assist me?
