Willen Jnr Roots, can you please attend to the ********** account that MTN opened **********ly in my name. Over a month ago you responded and said the issue had been resolved. However, the ITC listing has now turned into a default in my name on Experien, it has not been updated. Send me communication confirming that I do not have an account with you so I can personally contact ITC to update their records and remove this default off my name since MTN is obviously failing to do it. I have been again trying unsuccessfully to communicate with your call centre in this regards. REF A ********** , # ********** 4....
