in October i did a simswap via MTN store the simcard took 3 months to be active , On 19 December i get a call from Eileen Van Wyk stating that i owe 19000 - 45000 on a R105 p/m contract , I proceed to ask how is this possible since i was told below
*My line is a closed line therefore i cant go over R105pm *The charges as per Eileen were from 22 November to 2 December but my sim card was not active during this time
I have been sending countless email to Eileen Van Wyk, Senzo Mthethwa , Tlalane Moletsane and no feedback whatsover is given to me even to a call or reply to my mail to say they are looking at this matter case was logged around 19 December 2017 and up until today it is still not resolved
