Last month i complained that simcard took 3 months for it to be activated , it was then activated on the 8th of December , One of the reason was that my simcard could not be activated because i owe 19000 on a data card worth 105p/m
I spoke to many of your consultants and i was told this is a closed line thus it cant go above the 105pm ref ********** 10 - Portia
Fast Forward to December 19 2017 i get a call that i am dialling some USSD code between 22 November 2017 and 2 December 2017 , HOW CAN I INCUR CHARGES WHILE THE SIMCARD IS NOT ACTIVE . i HAVE ATTACHED PROOF FROM MTN SAYING THE SIMSWAP FAILED DATED 4TH DECEMBER , NOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT I CAN INCUR CHARGES WHILE THE SIM CARD IS NOT ACTIVE
YOUR CALL CENTRE IS NOT HELPFUL EITHER THEY PROMISE TO CALL BACK BUT NEVER DO
