MTN *****

I called 173 numerous times since friday 4th November about my number that was being sim swapped without my knowledge. MTN couldn't help me. I then got an sms saying i have successfully ported to Cell C. MTN how can you port out my number without my concern. Dont you ask some security questions to process such. And you have guts to tell me that i can only port back to MTN after 3 months. That time you sent me an sms saying i must reply "1" if i did not request to port out and i did that within seconds but still my number was ported out and is being used by someone else.

Thank you for your response. I will highly appreciate it if this can be resolved today as ********** 563 is my main number and its been inactive for 11 days so i have been unrechable since 5th November. Should you want to contact me please call on my desk number (Lync) at ********** 335. It will be very nice if all this can be done without asking me to go up and down to buy sim card, that will definately inconvenience me as i am at work 8am - 17pm.

How soon can i expect to be assisted. Imagine not being reachable for the whole 2 weeks. I am on the job market i probably have missed 10 interviews because i am not reachable and all this because MTN decided to port out my number to Cell C and gave it to a stranger. I really need this to be escalated and sorted out today. I just need my number back it does not matter which network is on now i just need it back exactly the same way you were able to give it away to a stranger.
