MTN *****

<p>We have had an MTN data package since 2012. The package is uncapped. We have been out of the country much of this time but still paying every month for the contract. Now that we are back and i'm trying to use this wifi to work I have discovered that we are being choked - my upload speed is literally 0.15mb/s. I've tried calling a number of times but they just cut me off when "transferring" me to somebody who can help. I've sent complaints on their website, their Facebook site and in store and nobody has even attempted to contact me back to resolve this problem. Now I am forced to cancel this contract to get one that I can actually work with but MTN get away with *****ing my money every month for years and not giving me what I've paid for.</p>
