Last year in August 2015, somebody opened a contract *****eulently in my name. I immediatly contacted MTN. I sent an affidavit, I sent a certified copy of my ID, my proof of residence and my ITC report. The debit order came off again and I had my banker reverse it. I sent through the affidavit again. The Bedfordview Police Station told me I can not open a case of ***** without the contract. i asked MTN in numerous emails for the contract. A couple of months later I was reported to MBD Attorneys regarding the account, I explained to them again and sent them the same documents that I send both MTN customer care and MTN Legal. I then spoke to an MBD manager on Friday, almost a year later, who told me that I need to go into an MTN store, get a copy of the contract and then go and open up a case of ***** at the police station or she will not help me. I went into the store, with my affidavit and with a certified copy of my identity document into the eastgate store. I have to have an affidavit with a police logo on for them to accept it, despite the fact that my affidavit is certified by the Bedfordview police station. I can not get the police logo affidavit without opening a case. MBD has now started harrassing my mother for payment of the account which is **********. WHAT DO I DO?????????????????
