MTN *****

MTN is the pits, I app**** for home Wifi in November and it was delivered but there was no coverage so I cancelled it within 2 days after delivery. Arrangement for collection was logged by Mellissa on 07 December from Mondo and he router was picked up on 09 December. On the 25th they deducted from my account for a router that was sent back, I called Mondo on 28 December and was advised it will be rectified. My data sim is now blocked because I revised the router deduction and only paid for the contract which is active. I went to MTN in my town and was told I am in arrears, I then emailed MTN and received a reference but my issue still hasn’t been resolved #***. Instead they are giving me the run around. I will not pay for a contract that I cancelled
