MTN *****

I don't know why MTN has a Customer Care emails address if the staff does not listen to your request. "Customercare **********

I've emailed MTN with my query and all i got back was:

Good day ,

Thank you for emailing Customer Care.

We apologize for that delayed response.

Kindly be advised to contact ********** to speak to a consultant regarding the Information that you request.

We trust the above meets your requirements.

I don't have a MTN number so i can't call this number to speak to anyone. So i've mailed them again and asked them to CALL me regaring this matter and once again they didn't call. They will only reply to my mail a couple of days later.

I mean this is a ***** case and they treat you like this. And then at the end of they month they want their money... I don't think so.

The 1st and only person that actually wanted to helped me was Lebo at the Krugersdorp Branch. Awesome Lady. The customer care line staff need to go and learn some s****s form her.

So for anyone that has a ***** account against your name with MTN don't even bother emailing them. They actually have a "Report *****" on their website where you can report what happended and a button asking them to give you a call. Wel I've tried that as well and almost a week later i'm still waiting for them to give me a call.
