MTN *****

I am so sick and tired of MTN. Not one but TWO ********** contracts opened on my name! Not even **** signatures on the paperwork or a **** ID. Just the pre-populated forms with the information MTN has. Has been going on since 8 February 2021 and until today never heard from the ***** department, and no one seems to be able to get you in touch with them. Even at the MTN store they said "even I there is a number they wont bother to answer" Tonight I get another sms thanking me for my order (I did not place), when I phoned them they said the system has been off the whole day they cant do anything, yet I get an sms thanking me for an order!

This is ridiculous that they just allow contracts to be opened left right and centre and cant protect our information!
