MTN are *******!!! They keep taking money off my account even after the 24 month contract was completed I have another phone that got with my contract as a free mobile however I have requested this to be cancelled as well 3 months ago and it's still acting as a contract phone why the hell am i paying and why t he hell am I struggling to cancel and. Ove this to prepaid. I have screenshots of mails being sent since may. I now want a refund of my money that was taken for 3 months. Utterly ridiculous! MTN store cannot help me and says I need to email retentions team. Guess what. I email and they reply 2 weeks later or a month later. I will expose this ***** of a company I'm in the process of now chatting to someone on fb called KM. Who knows I could be chatting to a bot. Seems like a blady bot.
