MTN Franchised Stores

Without going into the complexities on the matter I have outstanding with MTN, I would just like to advise MTN Customers to be very cautious when dealing with a MTN Fanchised store. For nearly a year I have been trying to cancel a contract that never worked and the matter is still continuing. I have now requested a MTN owned store at The Pavillion to get the matter resolved. This however is not happening and the Manager at the store advised me that she is very busy! MTN, is this what you call service to your Customers?
