MTN franchise SHOP U18 Cresta Mall great service

I was very happy when my MTN contract was coming to an end based on previous bad service. I went through to the MTN Shop u218 near Pick n Pay at Cresta MALL for early termination. I was assisted by a consultant who was extremely helpful, she explained offers available and immediately changed my mind on MTN service. I realised franchise service was far much better than the actual MTN shop. Unlike the other MTN SHOP down stairs in the the mall near FOOOD, the service at the MTN franchise service was excellent. I purchased a new phone and they even helped me when I needed to process a claim. I did not get all the names of the consultants but the 3 that assisted - service was consistent excellent. Thanks guys , keep up the good service.
