MTN FRANCHISE involved with MONEY TAKEN

7 months ago I followed the procedure to give notice for my business cell phone account to be cancelled. I completed all the paper work asked of me from the MTN Franchise in Somerset West with Rowena Robyn. Since then my contract was cancelled after many many escalations from my side only 2 months after the due date causing extra costs. I have ever since been trying to get hold of anyone at MTN to help me however the only number I have which is the *** has no selection for me to talk to a manager. I personally gone into the Somerset West branch and asked for the owner to contact me, I have also sent many emails and no-one takes responsibility of the money ****** from me. I demand my money back as this I hear happens a lot and this kind of ********* corporate behavior should not be accepted.
