Mtn fraduent contracts with no assistance

I have been having problems with mtn since last year November , I made made them aware that someone open a ********** account with my my name and emailed all the relevant documents and affidavits it’s over six months now .I even stopped their debit orders but still nothing .the main problem is that it’s affecting my credit score and they seem not tot care .no response on their emails. Please assist ***
