MTN Fourways - manageress needs training in how to deal with customers

When asking the MTN franchise store in Fourways Mall for assistance the manager (Fundi) addressed me through her colleague as though I was not there. When I pointed out that I was busy talking when she interrupted, she proceeded to harshly advise me why my query could not be resolved. A total lack of customer service and poolry trained.
